RAM General Contracting & Development, Inc. is a construction firm based out of Tampa, FL. The company was started by Mark Bruzek, Rod Carnley, and Ryan Carnley in early 2019.
Our ALL IN core value is maintained by being fully committed and upholding our reputation as a company people can count on to do what it takes to get the job done.
We are a team of qualified professionals disrupting the construction industry with our innovative approach to the industries process. Together we have over 50 years experience in retail & industrial construction consisting of ground up, tenant build-outs, warehousing, and remodels.

Rod Carnley, President
As Co-Founder of RAM General Contracting & Development, Inc, Rod brings 40+ years experience in the construction industry. Rod has successfully managed projects in 19 states totaling over $700 million in completed construction. His previous clients include Home Depot, Walmart, UPS, FedEx, Publix, Albertsons, Academy Sports and many others.
As President, his hands-on approach delivers the highest quality product, where his wealth of experience and knowledge has made him into a trusted resource for each client. Rod is responsible for all field related activites including scheduling, problem solving and leading highly-performing teams.

Mark Bruzek, Vice President
As Co-Founder of RAM General Contracting & Development, Inc., Mark has vast knowledge of both civil and commercial construction. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Engineering from Western Michigan University. As a third generation builder, Mark learned the cornerstones of building from a young age before leading large projects for the Michigan Department of Transportation and later as a Senior Construction Manager at Publix Super Markets.
As Vice President, Mark is responsible for overall business operations & client-first development through seemingly endless capacity and unmatched attention to detail.

Ryan Carnley, Vice President
As Co-Founder of RAM General Contracting & Development Inc., Ryan’s goal is the development of relationships through exceeding client expectations and delivering well executed, safe & quality projects. He holds a Master’s Degree from the University of Florida. Ryan has held nearly every position in his construction career: Laborer, Assistant Superintendent, Superintendent, Project Manager & Vice President.
As Vice President, he is responsible for project management operations of the company by utilizing his qualifications, strategic thinking, and innovative leadership abilities to achieve goals & capitalize on opportunities.
