Our ALL IN core value is maintained by being fully committed and upholding our reputation as a company people can count on to do what it takes to get the job done.
We are a team of qualified professionals disrupting the construction industry with our innovative approach to the industries process. Together we have over 50 years experience in retail & industrial construction consisting of ground up, tenant build-outs, warehousing, and remodels.

Mark Bruzek, Managing Partner
As Co-Founder of RAM General Contracting & Development, Inc., Mark possesses extensive expertise in both civil and commercial construction. He holds a bachelor’s degree in construction engineering from Western Michigan University. A third-generation builder, Mark gained foundational knowledge of the industry from a young age, eventually leading major projects for the Michigan Department of Transportation and serving as a Senior Construction Manager at Publix Super Markets.
In his role as Managing Partner, Mark oversees overall business operations and prioritizes client-first development, demonstrating a seemingly endless capacity and unmatched attention to detail.
Ryan Carnley, Managing Partner
As Co-Founder of RAM General Contracting & Development Inc., Ryan is dedicated to cultivating strong relationships by consistently surpassing client expectations and delivering projects that are well-executed, safe, and of the highest quality. He holds a master’s degree from the University of Florida and has all-encompassing experience in the construction industry, having worked in nearly every position from the field to the office.
In his role as Managing Partner, Ryan oversees field operations, leveraging his qualifications, strategic acumen, and innovative leadership to achieve the company's goals and seize new opportunities.
Rod Carnley, Senior Advisor
As a founding member of RAM General Contracting & Development, Inc., Rod brings over 40 years of experience in the construction industry. He has successfully managed projects in 19 states, totaling nearly $1 Billion in completed construction.
Following his retirement as President in early 2024, Rod continues to serve RAM as a Senior Advisor. In this role, he leverages his vast experience and knowledge as a trusted resource for the team. Rod’s advisory position encompasses all field-related activities, including scheduling, problem-solving, and leading high-performing teams.
Colby Bidwell, Vice President
A Tampa native, Colby earned his bachelor's degree from Florida State University and a master's degree from the University of Florida. He joined RAM in 2020 as a Superintendent, successfully completing several commercial retail projects with meticulous attention to detail and a focus on client relationships. In 2022, he was promoted to Project Manager, where he now directs RAM’s Publix Remodel Program.
As Vice President, Colby oversees project management, recruitment, client relationships, and networking with top subcontractors throughout the Southeastern U.S.
Andrew Skiffington, Vice President
Andrew brings comprehensive construction experience to RAM General Contracting and Development. Holding a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of South Florida, he has successfully executed projects across four continents, eight countries, and over 30 states.
As Vice President, Andrew oversees project management and cultivates client relationships. His forward-thinking approach and problem-solving skills inspire the team to consistently exceed client expectations.
